The answer:

"C"

Because:

It's difficult right? Tell me if you agree. The answer is "C". What, the president or leader in your country attend a high school graduation? Of course he or she would. Good public relation is good public relations whether it's a prestigious school like Harvard or some random high school, having the president attend is a great PR move. People in their late 70s attend their grandchildren's graduation fairly often. Even dogs attend high school graduations. This is of course, accompanied with their human partner. It wouldn't be weird to see a seeing eye dog accompany someone at a graduation. The answer is "C". A woman with no siblings, no friends and no children in her late 40's wouldn't have any reason at all to attend some random person's graduation.
